Our Policy


Personal Training Sessions: A confirmation is sent to you 24+ hours prior to your scheduled personal training session. If you need to reschedule you have a 12-hour window to do so before our cancelation policy applies. Availability to reschedule will vary but we will do our best to ensure you get your training session booked.

Group Fitness Workouts

Reservations are required prior to 12pm for all evening group fitness workouts. Reserved Group Fitness workouts cannot be rescheduled. Our cancellation policy is in affect within 12 hours of scheduled workout start time.


“Timing is everything” and the time that you are investing is all about YOU, your body, your health, your wellness so we have an expectation that it is equally as important for you to be on time as we are. If it’s your first workout with us please plan on arriving 5 minutes before we start to ensure a participation waiver is signed and you’re ready to go. Our outdoor workouts and personal training sessions are designed to maximize 45-60 minutes to explore our urban space therefore we leave sharp at the time scheduled for each session.  We appreciate your effort and understanding. With one exception: Personal Training Sessions ONLY: We allow 10 minutes at our meeting point to start your training session.  If for any reason you are delayed, please email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com


Full payment is required for all reservations (group fitness workout or personal training) is cancelled within 12 hours of the confirmed workout/session.


All reservations are required before 12pm on the day of your group fitness workout or personal training session.  Reservations are made through email or BODIESYNERGY social media accounts and are confirmation that you will be attending either a group fitness or personal training session.


We have a 100% believe in our product. We do not offer refunds for our group fitness workouts or personal training sessions.
