Caring for a baby can be the best job in the world, but balancing their needs for stimulation and development, with your need for keeping fit and meeting other caregivers can be tough.

Why not do both?

Exercising with your baby not only saves on expensive childcare fees, but also provides some quality bonding time, and a chance to meet other Moms, Dads and caregivers. Plus, as your baby is your resistance weight, your strength will grow as they do!

Moms, Dads and caregivers all welcome! No additional free weights or equipment required.

Both parents are encouraged to join. Sleeping babies are welcome.
