Babiesynergy is a bootcamp style class for Moms, Dads and caregivers from all walks of life, to have fun, get fit and bond with your infant. Designed for babies 6 weeks – crawling, this unique fitness program combines a great workout for you, with fun time with your baby.

The class focuses on body alignment and strength, and low impact exercises ensure a safe workout for you and your baby.

Feel your strength grow as your baby does!

Exercising with your baby not only saves on expensive childcare fees, but also provides some quality bonding time, and a chance to meet other Moms, Dads and caregivers. Plus, as your baby is your resistance weight, your strength will grow as they do!

Moms, Dads and caregivers all welcome! No additional free weights or equipment required.

Babiesynergy goes walkabout is a Stroller based, cardio workout designed for you to regain your pre-pregnancy confidence, feel amazing & meet parents in your neighborhood going through similar life experiences.  We will be moving throughout Prospect Park.

Both parents are encouraged to join. Sleeping babies are welcome.

Our babiesynergy group workouts are not larger than 8 adults with their babies.  We want to ensure you have our personal attention & can be guided through the effective, safe & challenging workout we offer.

If our group fitness schedule does not fit your personal schedule, personal training maybe the perfect solution.  Babies are welcome (as pictured below) and you are able to focus on your personal fitness goals without having to worry about babysitting.
