2012 – OUR AMAZING FOUNDATION YEAR, thank you xo

Almost mid January… each workout brings us closer to Spring.  But wait – 2012 was our foundation year and I firstly want to acknowledge & congratulate you on your accomplishments as well as thank you for being a huge part of our success. We continue to achieve challenging, focused, fitness fun with HUGE RESULTS! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your fitness journey. 2012 was an eventful year for Bodiesynergy.  2013 is looking even better!
