Did you know the first day of Chanukah & Thanksgiving are on the same day? We want to make this holiday season, your healthiest & most successful yet!  Our 6 week series gives you options to create the ideal Fitness & Nutrition Plan.

Weekly 60 minute outdoor workout : Wednesday 9.30am*
Weekly 30 minute Nutrition Conference Call: (NOV 6, 13, 20; DEC 4, 11, 18; TIME TBD)

Basic 6 week series @ $290 per person

One 60-minute Personal Training Session with heart zone training assessment, to effectively personalize a workout plan with email follow up @$135
Upgrade Option 1 (a)
60 minute Fitness Workout Plan for you to complete on a weekly basis @$65

Upgrade Option 2
One 60-minute Healthy House Call with email follow up, including personalized tips and guidance based on 3-day food diary and initial intake form @ $225

Upgrade Option 3 – The Ultimate Plan
Bundle our basic package with Options 1 & 2 for the total experience @ $650per person
