Boxing Workouts are empowering!

This is w workout where you can let go of stress, feel strong & be powerful. Boxing workouts increase cardiovascular fitness, upper body & core strength.

We also incorporate Jump rope &/or running drills (jump ropes included).  If you don’t know how to jump rope, now is the time to learn or you can work through the running drills as an alternative.

 

How can I join in?
