Below are the answers to a few of our Frequently Asked Questions regarding our Group Fitness workouts and Personal Training sessions.  We specialize in outdoor fitness all year round; spring, summer, fall & winter in Prospect Park, Brooklyn New York.

Where do we workout?

Group workouts are on the move, all year round exploring Prospect Park, Brooklyn.  We start and finish at 15th street Prospect Park entrance (by the large white monuments).  Every workout is unique.  Designed to use different geographical features of Prospect Park incorporating strength, HIIT, cardiovascular and full body resistance exercises.

How Long is each workout ?

Group workouts are scheduled for 60 minutes however if you need to leave earlier for any reason they let us know at the beginning of the workout. We keep an eye on the time for you. Personal Training sessions are scheduled for 30,45 or 60 minutes.

WHAT IS OUR Reservation Policy?

Group Workouts
All year round: Reservations are required for kettlebell Training, babiesynergy (pre & post-natal workouts) and personal training sessions, via email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com

Winter Season: Reservations are required for all Online Streaming Live Workouts via email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com.

Personal Training: All Personal Training sessions are scheduled and reserved in advance. Confirmation is sent via email 48-24 hours prior to your scheduled training session.

What is our Cancelation Policy?

Our cancellation policy is: 12 hour prior to a Reserved Group Workout or confirmed Personal Training session, full fee applies.

Group Workout Fees
Drop in: $20 per workout

Introduction Special offer 5 group fitness workouts $75

Group Workout Packages: 10 workouts $180, 15 workouts $245, 20 workouts $325, 25 workouts $395

All Group Workout Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.  Attendance is recorded and balances are notified via email.

Personal Training Session Fees
30 mins from $45
45 mins from $70
60 mins from $90

Personal Training Sessions are located in Prospect Park.  On-location Personal Training Sessions are also available if you prefer to workout at your gym or home. Please note on-location fees are not shown above. For further details please email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com

do we Reschedule?

Weather permitting we are always on schedule for our Group Workouts and Personal Training Sessions. However if the weather conditions are dangerous we have to make the decision to keep everyone safe and reschedule a regular group workout.  Scheduled Group Workouts or Personal Training sessions that happen to fall during holidays may also be rescheduled. All changes are notified via email and posted on our social media accounts.
