Starting Tuesday 19th September, we have a 6 week beginner’s clinic to kick start everyone’s Fall running season, you will be coached every step of the way.
Meeting at 15th street prospect park entrance
There will be a 6-8 minute warm up, then paced intervals around the inner loop of the baseball fields in Prospect Park, completing our workout with an active stretch.
