Have you ever wanted to achieve total body balance & be in your best shape ever?

BODIESYNERGY has partnered with FLR Nutrition (owned by Frances Largeman-Roth, RD) to design a 6 week series focused on coordinating your fitness & nutrition goals with options to take it even further.

Your 6 week Series In Prospect Park Includes:
Weekly 60 minute outdoor workout : Wednesday 9.30am
Weekly 30 min Group Nutrition Q & A session: Wednesday 10.30am
includes: healthy post workout snack from the farmers market  (everything organic)

To take it even further & get our full personal attention, we have 3 options: (in addition to the fuelforfitness series).
Upgrade Option 1

One 60-minute Healthy House Call with email follow up, including personalized tips and guidance based on 3-day food diary and initial intake form@ $225.

2012 – OUR AMAZING FOUNDATION YEAR, thank you xo

Almost mid January… each workout brings us closer to Spring.  But wait – 2012 was our foundation year and I firstly want to acknowledge & congratulate you on your accomplishments as well as thank you for being a huge part of our success. We continue to achieve challenging, focused, fitness fun with HUGE RESULTS! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your fitness journey. 2012 was an eventful year for Bodiesynergy.  2013 is looking even better!

Week In Review: November 12, 2012

The Season of Celebrating has Begun

Thanksgiving – the beginning of our season to Celebrate! As soon as we’ve gobbled down turkey & pumpkin pie we start with holiday parties. It’s pretty much non-stop eating opportunities until we raise that glass to welcome in the New Year!

There is a lot to be thankful for. This year Bodiesynergy can help you be thankful that you won’t gain several pounds in the next 5 weeks!
Lets maintain some balance together, keeping in mind some gyms are still closed and schedules getting busier, we have created a workout schedule with everyone in mind. Including a pre-turkey (sleep in) THANKSGIVING OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP , Thursday @ 8am.

Here’s the schedule for the coming week (some workouts to be confirmed – ADDED workouts highlighted in blue):

TUESDAY 9am Outdoor Workout – Jump rope Intervals (please bring your own jump rope if you have one, if not please email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com)

WEDNESDAY 7am OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

WEDNESDAY 9.30am Outdoor Workout – now permanently on the schedule

– a much needed pre-turkey workout… we will be finishing right before the “Prospect Park Turkey Trot” – a great opportunity to do both.
