HUDSON RIVER PARK NYC – spring series 2014

 

NYC Hudson River Park Outdoor Workout Series 2014

Dates: (please note that are NOT  all consecutive Sundays)

Sundays: 04/27, 05/04, 05/18, 05/25, 06/01, 06/08 2014

Location:

Husdon River Park

Charles Street Entrance, West Side Highway (9A), NYC

Directions:

Subway: 1 train: Christopher Street station

A, C & E trains: W14th street station

West Side Highway (9A) has free parking available.

Bike racks are available.

Bathrooms are normally available.

Water fountains are on.

Cost: you have 2 options ! 

$20 drop in fee to any date  OR Save & pay for all 6 dates @ $99

Cash or cheque payable to: Joanna Paterson

Full preparation guide is available. 

But really it’s simple: workout clothes, sneakers & a full water bottle. Sunscreen is a great option.

Brooklyn Pick Up: available @ 15th street entrance to Prospect Park 9.15am

A participation waiver will be available to sign at the first workout and kept on file for all future workouts.

Please note: Our mid-morning workouts start 9.15am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Our evening workouts start 6.30pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.

All outdoor workouts meet at 15th street entrance to Prospect Park unless stated otherwise. All outdoor workouts are weather permitting. Cancellation notices or alternative location details will be posted on Facebook & email within 12 hours, whenever possible.
