Please note: Our mid-morning workouts start 9.15am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Our evening workouts start 6.30pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.

All outdoor workouts meet at 15th street entrance to Prospect Park unless stated otherwise. All outdoor workouts are weather permitting. Cancellation notices or alternative location details will be posted on Facebook & email within 12 hours, whenever possible.
