OUTDOOR WINTER TRAINING WITH A PURPOSE

Saturday outdoor bootcamp took winter cross training to a whole new level.  Our workout in the powder- snow covered park proved “training with purpose” can GIVE YOU RESULTS but also be huge amount of FUN!  Finishing with a snow ball fight and creating snow angels. Quote of the week: ” Horizonal jacks. Who says vertal is always the way to go”
