The Season of Celebrating has Begun
Thanksgiving – the beginning of our season to Celebrate! As soon as we’ve gobbled down turkey & pumpkin pie we start with holiday parties. It’s pretty much non-stop eating opportunities until we raise that glass to welcome in the New Year!
There is a lot to be thankful for. This year Bodiesynergy can help you be thankful that you won’t gain several pounds in the next 5 weeks!
Lets maintain some balance together, keeping in mind some gyms are still closed and schedules getting busier, we have created a workout schedule with everyone in mind. Including a pre-turkey (sleep in) THANKSGIVING OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP , Thursday @ 8am.
Here’s the schedule for the coming week (some workouts to be confirmed – ADDED workouts highlighted in blue):

TUESDAY 9am Outdoor Workout – Jump rope Intervals (please bring your own jump rope if you have one, if not please email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
WEDNESDAY 7am OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
WEDNESDAY 9.30am Outdoor Workout – now permanently on the schedule
WEDNESDAY 6.30pm INDOOR KETTLEBELL TRAINING – reservations are now open! email: email@example.com
WEDNESDAY 7.30pm INDOOR kick-BOXING TRAINING – reservations are now open! email: firstname.lastname@example.org
– a much needed pre-turkey workout… we will be finishing right before the “Prospect Park Turkey Trot” – a great opportunity to do both.
*** Please note all other workouts are cancelled for Thursday 22nd November, we will resume our regular schedule next week.
