Life After Sandy

In the past couple of weeks… The clocks changed, we survived a hurricane, a snow storm and now the sun is out in 60+ degree, spring-like weather, whew…

The hurricane has tragically caused several families to lose their homes and live without power and heat for extended periods, and our hearts go out to them. For others, disrupted routines, difficult commutes and a flight to convenience comfort foods have resulted in what the New York Times has dubbed “The Sandy 5”, or general weight gain. Several gyms around the city are temporarily closed because they are accommodating displaced people or due to storm damage, throwing fitness goals awry.

Bodiesynergy has been able to add BONUS outdoor workouts to help keep everyone on track to achieving their fitness goals.  This week we have added 5 more !

Here is the schedule for this week — BONUS WORKOUTS on the schedule (in BOLD BLUE)…as well as our regular awesome indoor & outdoor weekly challenges:

MONDAY (Veterans Day) – 9.30am OUTDOOR WORKOUT

TUESDAY 6.30am – OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

WEDNESDAY 7am – OUTDOOR WORKOUT (as requested)

WEDNESDAY 9.30am – OUTDOOR WORKOUT

WEDNESDAY 6.30pm – INDOOR KETTLEBELL TRAINING – reservations are OPEN please email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com

THURSDAY 6.30am OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP – to the stairs!!
