Special Post-Hurricane Outdoor Workouts! – updated…

Expanded OUTDOOR WORKOUT SCHEDULE this week (again).  We’d love you to come & join the fun!

BONUS outdoor workouts added for this week…

If this is your first workout with us a participation waiver will need to be signed, I will bring copies with me.  Please bring a filled water bottle & wear suitable outdoor workout clothing/sneakers.  No additional equipment is needed.

WEDNESDAY 9.30am OUTDOOR BASEBALL FIELD INTERVALS

THURSDAY 6.30AM OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP – cancelled due to park closure & weather forecast of possible snow

THURSDAY 7.30pm INDOOR kick-BOXING WORKOUT – de-stress your day/your week punching the pads

SATURDAY 8am OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Please note all OUTDOOR workouts are weather permitting. If it is unsafe for our workout, we will send a cancellation email 1-2 hours (if not earlier) prior to the workout. Please email joanna@bodiesynergy.com to ensure you are on the email notification list.

OUTDOOR workouts meet @ 15th Street Prospect Park entrance.

INDOOR workouts are at the shared space “Parkers Place” 426 7th Ave. between 14th & 15th Streets.  Road side parking (metered) is available.
