If this is your first workout with us a participation waiver will need to be signed, I will bring copies with me. Please bring a filled water bottle & wear suitable outdoor workout clothing/sneakers. No additional equipment is needed.

Please note all OUTDOOR workouts are weather permitting. If it is unsafe for our workout, we will send a cancellation email 1-2 hours (if not earlier) prior to the workout. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure you are on the email notification list.
OUTDOOR workouts meet @ 15th Street Prospect Park entrance.
INDOOR workouts are at the shared space “Parkers Place” 426 7th Ave. between 14th & 15th Streets. Road side parking (metered) is available.
